Miale Ty-Lift Enterprises® P0 Box 3718 Rancho Santa Fe, CA 92067 Dear Theresa, We were so impressed with how the Ty-Lift® offered our dogs such a peaceful, calm and worry-free transition from their Sanctuary Kenneling areas to our waiting Rescue Van. With great ease we were able to lift them (on separate occasions, of course) onto your canvas gurney, gently strap them in, pick up the Lift and walk safely to the Van. Neither old dog struggled, flailed or exhibited any fear whatsoever as he (and later, she) was placed on the Ty-Lift® the back of our Van. In both instances, the dogs remained resting quietly strapped for their safety onto the Ty-Lift® in the back of the van constantly monitored by an accompanying staff member. Once at the veterinarian, we were able to remove the dog on the Ty-Lift® from the van into the clinic, in the same peaceful manner - such a remarkable difference from how we used to transfer large ailing or dying dogs: Onto a blanket, into a crate in the back of the Van and then with great difficulty maneuvering the crate with the dog still in it out of the van into the veterinarian's office. In addition, during three other instances, the Ty-Lift® was used to transport large or disabled older dogs with various ailments including arthritic hips to our veterinarian for treatment. While these dogs were more curious and had more strength, they nonetheless acclimated immediately to the Ty-Lift®, remaining quiet and calm throughout their journey and subsequent ride to the veterinarian. While this "HART-felt" thank you may be tardy on its arrival, please believe that you have truly blessed us with your valuable and treasured invention. H.A.R.T./Muttmatchers Ty-Lift Enterprises® It has made transporting them to the vet so much easier for us but more important, so much less traumatic for our dogs. The dog feels very secure when handled and transported on our Ty-Lift®. Again, thank you for such a wonderful product.
